Description

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management and Key Stakeholders.
2. Generation of new and analysis of business specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI.
3. Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts.
4. Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders.
5. Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy.
6. Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts.
